We hire people who would rather own one community than skim across ten. An agent who knows a building's service-charge history, the chiller situation, and the school catchments is worth more than one with a long property list and shallow knowledge. Depth beats breadth every time in this market.

If you cannot explain a deal to a first-time buyer without jargon, you cannot explain it to anyone. We hire for clarity before charisma. The clients who stay with us for twenty years do so because we told them the truth, not because we were impressive in the first meeting.

Meet the hiring manager in Dubai (or video for international candidates at this stage). Deeper conversation on track record, market view, and how you work.

Offer and onboarding

Offer, visa processing, and a structured first-month plan. You are productive without being thrown in the deep end. Total process: two to three weeks.
