2+ years Dubai residential experience. Own a portfolio of listings and buyers across one or two established freehold communities. Run viewings end-to-end, negotiate, close.
Specialise in new development launches. Work directly with developers, guide investors through payment-plan structures, and build a repeat-buyer portfolio across multiple launches.
Manage a portfolio of properties: owner relations, tenant handling, maintenance coordination, inspections, Ejari, and renewals. Coverage across our core communities.
First point of contact for new enquiries. Qualify leads, coordinate viewings, and deliver the kind of first impression that brings clients back. No cold calling.
